做核磁会让纹身「烧」起来吗？

纹身使用的染料中如果含有氧化铁等金属性材料，那在MRI（磁共振成像，Magnetic Resonance Imaging，简称MRI）检查时的强磁场下可能引起纹身部位的疼痛、灼伤，有时纹身的颜料还会干扰图像的质量。[1]但如果是很安全的染料通常不会发生这种不良反应。 

从现有文献资料来说，纹身后做MRI时发生不良反应的风险很低，单次不良反应发生率是0.17%，重复的话略有增加为0.3%。但确实有个别皮肤灼伤、红肿的报道。[2][3][4] 

在我国，有些医院里有纹身是可以做MRI的，只是会提前说明可能发生的不良反应，提醒患者在检查过程如有相关症状及时告诉医生。有些医院是将纹身（包括纹眉纹眼线等）作为MRI的相对禁忌症，需要患者或家属签字同意才能做。 有些医院则明确说明有纹身不能做MRI。
